	Electrostatic-Discharge (ESD) Control ECT meets all the requirements for handling Electrostatic-Discharge Sensitive devices in accordance with ANSI/ESD S20.20-1999, including anti-static work benches, flooring, coats, gloves, wrists wraps, and foot straps.

	Total Quality Assurance In particular, ECTechnology institutes a Total Quality Assurance Policy that is unique in the industry: 100% quality audit for all PCB boards Instead of the typical sampling inspection that many contract manufacturers do, ECTechnology's experienced inspection team routinely conducts 100% visual inspection on all PCB boards, as well as 100% automated optical inspection (AOI) for production quantity orders, unless when asked by customers to perform functional, ICT, or other testing instead. As a result of our quality manufacturing process and assurance measures, we have attained superior in-process yield and customer acceptance rate (shipment yield) that are significantly above the industry norm.
