100% quality audit for all PCB boards
Instead of the typical sampling inspection that many contract manufacturers do, ECT's experienced inspection team routinely conducts 100% visual inspection on all PCB boards, as well as 100% automated optical inspection (AOI) for production quantity orders, unless when asked by customers to perform functional, ICT, or other testing instead.

As a result of our quality manufacturing process and assurance measures, we have attained superior in-process yield and customer acceptance rate (shipment yield) that are significantly above the industry norm.
